Q The frets on my guitar are well worn on the first five frets, but I can't afford a new guitar. Can my guitar be repaired? |
|
A Yes ! A fret file job will do if there's enough metal to work with. We can file, level, re-crown, and polish your frets, we can even replace the ones that cannot be restored! Let the experienced repairmen/luthiers of Superior Music give you an estimate.

Q When I first bought my acoustic guitar, it played like a dream. But recently, it seems that the strings are higher and that the guitar is harder to play. Why? Can you fix it?Click

A Of course. Usually a truss rod adjustment will correct this problem. Most necks are made of wood and string tension will "bow" a neck. This is why truss rods are inserted inside the neck. This rod is adjustable so that you can counteract the tension. We recommend only an experienced Luthier perform this adjustment as much damage can be done by over adjusting.
